Public and liquor liability
Third-party injury claims are the most common liability risk for hospitality venues. Liquor liability extends cover to incidents involving the supply of alcohol.
Property and contents
Building (where insured), fit-out, kitchen equipment, stock and cellar. Fit-out and kitchen equipment values are often underinsured.
Business interruption
Lost revenue and fixed costs when a venue cannot trade following an insured event. The indemnity period must cover the time to repair and rebuild trade.
